This is my favorite dairy based protein powder. Whey has the highest amount of Amino Acid proteins, it’s low in calories and easy to digest. The concentrated amount of protein makes this an excellent source for muscle gain and weight loss.
Whey is made from dairy, so it is not recommended if you are Lactose Intolerant. If you want to stick with Whey, a Whey “Isolate” Protein contains less Lactase and works better to avoid gas or bloating. Gold Standard Whey Protein is one of these.

This source also comes from dairy and is another protein excellent for both muscle growth and weight loss. Unlike whey, Casein is digested and absorbed slower.
