Horizon 7 Treadmill Review

As you can see by the specs above, this treadmill provides high incline, fast top speed, it’s compact, and comes with a lifetime warranty. These are just a few of the important qualities that we look for in the best treadmills.

Because of this, the Horizon 7.0 AT Treadmill gets excellent customer ratings and is one of their top sellers. However, there is a lot more to this treadmill than you see at first glance.

4.0 Bluetooth Connectivity

This is the gateway to all of your live classes, music, app, and other media sources. The Horizon 7.0 Treadmill is designed to work with any live or on-demand fitness app.

For example, Peloton interactive equipment is very expensive and comes with limitations. The Horizon Treadmill syncs up with the Peloton Studio for live running classes. You get classes with a live trainer, you can compete with other members, and even have the option to choose hundreds of on-demand classes.

Zwift is a new concept for me, but it really sounds like a challenging and fun program. The way it works is that you choose an avatar, and from there you can compete with others in a virtual world. Zwift is the ultimate motivator and gives you over 200 virtual races per day.

With the Horizon Treadmill Studio Series, you can connect with many other live running classes without having to buy their brand name of equipment.

Speed and Incline

The Horizon Treadmill “QuickDial” control allows you to transition speeds and incline levels on the fly, with the swipe of your hand.

These controls take you from level ground to a 15% grade and every grade in between. Horizon also goes as fast as you, with a top speed of 12 miles per hour. The console has one-touch quick keys as well, to set the exact speed or incline with the push of the button.

There is also an easy to use custom interval control to give you 8 different training programs. Some of these include a 5K race, distance runs, fat burn, hill climb, manual, max heart rate.

Console and Screen

The 16 digit alphanumeric LED, 7″ LCD Screen will give all vitals and stats including amount of calories burned, distance, heart rate, Incline, speed, and time.

You can hook up the free Horizon Fitness app to save your data and have better control of your workouts.

The console also comes with cooling fans, integrated Bluetooth speakers, rapid-charge USB port, water bottle holder, and a device/tablet rack.

The Horizon Fitness 7.0 has a durable, quality frame that has a weight capacity of 325Lbs. There is a hydraulic folding mechanism that makes this treadmill easy to store between workouts.

It comes with a powerful 3.0HP motor that performs well for interval training. The large running deck is designed with their 3 zone cushioning system made for running comfort.

Price and Warranty

Both the frame and the motor come with a lifetime warranty, 3 year on parts and 1 year on labor.

The price is very reasonable for such a high-end exercise machine with these types of options. I recommend this treadmill because of the long-lasting quality as well as the options, and I feel that it’s a great value for those that are in the market for this type of fitness machine.

Keep in mind that to keep costs down, it doesn’t come with a tablet or pad, so you will need to use your own. Also, any kind of live training classes do require a subscription to join. Remember that the Horizon 7.0 Treadmill comes with its own training programs and can be used without other running apps.

Because of its stability, this is still the best treadmill for walking, jogging, or running. The Horizon T101 Treadmill goes from a 0-10% grade and can get up to 10MPH.

It still comes with Bluetooth capability, fans, speakers, a large cushioned running platform, 300Lb weight capacity and it’s foldable.

This Horizon treadmill has all the options that you need to train like a champ in your own home. Like the Horizon 7.0, they give you a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor.
