With all of the posts on this website about the benefits of Caffeine in pre workouts, I thought that I should step back for a moment and research something for those of you that don’t want or can’t have Caffeine in their pre workout.

    The paragraph that talks about how caffeine isn’t good for you speak to me. I drink a lot of coffee, because of the energy benefits. But sometimes I find I get a headache from too much caffeine. I didn’t know that women processed caffeine differently, but that makes sense due to gender’s different muscle masses.
