My reason for trying this powder is for muscle recovery and to keep healthy skin.  Collagen is recommended to minimize damage for sun exposure.  Another reason that I like this powder is that it will help to stay lean.

    I’m wondering if this will pass after I’m taking it for a few weeks? I’ve used Naka collagen and had no problems!

Likewise, you should always consult your health professional prior to starting any dietary supplement regimen.

      However, it may take a couple of times for your body to adjust, so definitely try that. If there are still problems, I would take it back and try one of their similar products.
